As aSenior Software Engineer (Front-end) you’ll be responsible for guiding and leading the architecture, delivery and development of the software systems that power our business unit. A hands-on, highly skilled software developer with the experience to dive into code to deliver high quality, well-designed software. You will share responsibility for the quality of the software being built, including but not limited to; achieving desired business outcomes, meeting reliability and performance expectations and safely managing security and data privacy concerns..

You’llhave:

- 6+years in a hands-on Software Engineering role
- Experience building high-traffic customer facing web applications
- Strong experience with front end technologies (i.e JavaScript, React JS, SSR, Micro Front Ends, HTML, CSS, CSS Modules, etc)
- Experience with leveraging design systems and sharing reusable components across repositories
- Knowledge and experience of cloud platforms such as AWS - EC2, S3, Lambda, etc preferred
- A real passion for UX, browser performance and accessibility
- Containerisation technology concepts, such as Docker and Kubernetes




- Experience with CI/CD pipelines (preferably GitHub Actions), version control (Git), and automated testing practices
- Experience using observability and monitoring tools (e.g. Splunk, Datadog, or similar) to support production systems
- A real passion for quality, cleancodeand continuous improvement
- An understanding of architectural concepts and cloud-based solution design
- Highly dedicated ethos - expected to take very real accountability for the workyou'redoing
- A test and learn mindset with curiosity,collaborationand care
- Experience writing multi-threaded, asynchronous code
- Experience with Adobe Experience Manager and Adobe Edge Delivery Services desirable
- Experience with consuming GraphQL data desirable
- Demonstrable ability to motivate self and others, and a passion to mentor junior developers
