About the role
n
As a Speech Pathologist, you'll deliver evidence-based therapy to children and adults with disabilities across a varied caseload. You'll work closely with families to create personalised therapy plans and provide support in schools, homes, group settings, or via telehealth.

What you'll bring:

- Demonstrated experience as a Speech Pathologist,
with the ability to manage a diverse caseload across paediatric and adult clients.
n
- A degree in Speech Pathology and SPA registration.
n
- A person-centred, evidence-based approach focused on real outcomes.
n
- Solid relationship-building skills with clients, families, and teams
n
- Clear, confident communication and teamwork skills
n
- A growth mindset and passion for learning and collaboration
n
- Good organisation and time management to manage a diverse caseload, paediatric to adults.
