This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated, experienced Client Services Coordinator at our Open Place Bromham centre to join RAV.

About Open Place
n
Open Place is a support service for Victoria's Forgotten Australians/pre-1990 care leavers. The service coordinates and provides direct assistance to people who grew up in Victorian orphanages and children's homes prior to 1990. The service helps people to deal with the legacy of their childhood experiences and to support them to improve their health and wellbeing.

About the role
n
Reporting to the Senior Manager, Open Place, you will work within a busy drop-in centre, with responsibilities including coordinating front-of-house services, supervising the administrative team, leading administrative systems and processes, coordinating service user enquiries and Health Brokerage requests, supporting budget management and reporting, liaising with service providers and RAV Finance, and coordinating the overall administrative function at Open Place.

This role is located at Open Place Bromham,
Richmond and is a full-time permanent role, working five (5) days per week. You will be responsible for coordinating a team of three (3) administrative staff. The base salary range is $89,957 - $92,494 per annum.

About you
n

- Relevant administrative qualifications and several years' experience in a busy office environment, with robust Microsoft Office and Excel skills and the ability to quickly learn new systems.
n
- Strong customer and client-focused skills, with professional communication and experience working with diverse clients, staff and stakeholders.
n
- Highly organised and adaptable, with the ability to manage competing priorities, work autonomously and contribute effectively within a team.
n
- Demonstrated ability to improve processes, implement recent systems and support effective administrative operations in a changing environment.
n
