THE POSITION:

n

n
- Preparing and presenting fresh, nutritious meals for lunch, afternoon tea and dinner service
n
- Producing high-quality catering for school functions, events and special occasions
n
- Ensuring food is prepared to consistently high standards of taste, presentation and quality
n
- Assisting with menu preparation, food production planning and stock control
n
- Contributing ideas and creativity to menu development and function catering
n

THE PERSON:

n

n
- Cert III in comm cookery OR has demonstrated/proven commercial kitchen experience
n
- Takes pride in producing fresh, quality food
n
- Can work efficiently and thrive in a busy service environment
n
- Has strong organisational and time-management skills.
n
- Understands food safety and OHS standards and procedures
n
- Brings a positive attitude and passion for hospitality
n
