We are partnering with a beautifully designed, purpose-built early learning service to recruit a passionate Diploma Qualified Educator for a permanent, full-time and part-time opportunity.

The Opportunity:

A rare opportunity has become available for a passionate and experienced Diploma Qualified Educator to join a warm and dedicated team where children and families are at the heart of everything they do.

n

The service operates within a 6.5-acre farm-like setting, offering children a rich, hands-on learning experience surrounded by nature and a variety of farm animals, helping to create meaningful, real-world connections to learning.

n

The service is known for its strong culture of collaboration and reflection, with a leadership team committed to creating engaging and purposeful learning environments.



Educators are supported to deliver high-quality programs aligned with the EYLF and National Quality Standards, while fostering strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues.

n

The Ideal Educator Will Have:

n

n
- Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care
n
- Minimum 2 years' experience in Australian ECE settings
n
- Strong knowledge of the EYLF and NQS
n
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
n
- Genuine passion for high-quality education and care
n
- Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certifications
n
- Valid Working With Children Check
n
- Full, unrestricted working rights in Australia
n
- A valid driver's licence and access to a car, as the service is not located near public transport
n
