– Account Executive (Public Sector)

To support the growth in the region we are seeking an experienced Account Executive to grow & manage the accounts across the Public Sector in Australia.

This is a fantastic opportunity to be a part of a growth oriented and innovation driven organisation. This role would require you to manage the growth and overall performance of the account. An ideal candidate for this role would be someone who is adept at building relationships and exceptional at value realisation.

Your role will be to take ownership of account strategy and client relationship management to maximise the business development opportunities and generate revenue.

Key responsibilities of the role include:

- Managing the accounts in the public sector in NSW




- Grow and build current relationships for existing accounts in this customer group
- Enhancing business from existing accounts through deep understanding of agency context and upselling solutions
- Ensuring high customer satisfaction by working closely with the project teams and achieving committed service quality
- Building credibility and gaining market share in the territory
- Understanding of technology and vertical platforms to strategize & craft solutions (along with practice /pre-sales teams) to match customer needs is essential

The successful candidate will demonstrate:
- 10 plus years of relevant business experience in business development in the public sector
- Understand Government procurement processes/ panels/ ways of working
- Demonstrated experience of opening new logos and selling mid-to-large deals
- Must have demonstrated ability and maturity to build relationships with C-Level executives
- Must have a working knowledge of off-shore/ far-site model
