We're looking for energetic, reliable and safety-focused Activities Facilitators to join our team at Noosa North Shore.

About the Role

As an Activities Facilitator, you'll deliver a range of outdoor recreation and adventure activities while creating a positive, engaging and safe experience for every participant.

You'll work closely with our Activities Manager and wider operations team to facilitate programs, support groups, maintain equipment and ensure activities run smoothly from start to finish.

This is a hands-on role where you'll spend most of your time outdoors, connecting with people and helping create unforgettable experiences.

What You'll Be Doing

- Facilitating outdoor recreation and adventure activities for groups and guests
- Delivering clear instructions, demonstrations and safety briefings
- Creating positive, engaging and inclusive experiences for participants
- Supporting group leaders, teachers and guests throughout their stay
- Conducting safety checks and equipment inspections




- Assisting with activity setup, pack down and equipment maintenance
- Maintaining activity equipment, vehicles and activity areas
- Working closely with the wider team to deliver exceptional guest experiences

About You You're someone who loves being outdoors and enjoys working with people from all walks of life.

You bring energy, enthusiasm and confidence to every activity while understanding that safety is always the priority.

You'll also have

- Experience working with groups, guests, participants or students
- Solid communication and people skills
- A current Driver Licence
- Current First Aid and CPR Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
- A positive attitude and willingness to jump in wherever needed

Highly Regarded

- Experience facilitating canoeing, kayaking or mountain biking activities
- Outdoor leadership qualifications
- High ropes or challenge course qualifications
- Surf Rescue certification
- Bus or Medium Rigid (MR) Licence
- Driver Authorisation (DA) Licence
- Other outdoor recreation or adventure tourism certifications
