About the Position The Administration Officer is responsible for providing effective administration and reception Services.

As the Administration Officer, your responsibilities will include:

- Provide administrative and reception support, including managing enquiries, calls, messages and client intake processes.
- Coordinate appointments, meeting rooms, travel, training, events and workshops, including catering and resource arrangements.
- Prepare, distribute and maintain correspondence, agendas, minutes, newsletters, flyers and other routine documentation.
- Maintain accurate records, filing systems, databases, office registers and statistical information in accordance with organisational procedures.
- Support Emergency Relief services, including enquiries, assessments, documentation and record keeping where required.
- Manage office operations such as mail, stationery, supplies, reception areas, opening and closing procedures, and resource displays.
- Assist with financial administration, including petty cash, receipting, invoice coding, banking preparation and reconciliations.
- Contribute to a positive team environment by supporting WHS compliance, coordinating maintenance and vehicle servicing, providing basic IT support, and undertaking other duties as directed.

About You To be successful in this role you will have:

- Minimum 12 months of practical experience working in an administration role.
- Previous experience providing a high level of customer/client service.
- Sound knowledge and exposure to administrative systems.
- Well-developed communication skills (verbal and written).
- Excellent organisational and time management skills, with ability to manage conflicting priorities and meet deadlines.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a highly confidential manner.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and in a collaborative manner.
- Demonstrated high level of ability in the use of Microsoft Office and Information Technology.





Requirements of the role:
- Hold (or willingness to obtain) a current DHS Working With Children Check *
- Hold (or a willingness to obtain) a National Criminal History Record Check (Police Check) *
- Hold a current South Australian Driver’s License (minimum Provisional License)
