Naron Air Conditioning is seeking an Air-Conditioning Technician/Installer to join our team!

(Please note that Australian working rights and VBA Mechanical Services registration are essential.)

About the role As an Air-Conditioning Technician/Installer, you'll deliver mechanical services plumbing across new installations, upgrades and service works, reporting directly to the Project Manager.

Your duties will include but not be limited to:

- installing, modifying, and testing mechanical equipment and ventilation systems
- condensate drainage, pump, and tundish installations
- pipework and ductwork connections for fan coil units and VRV/VRF
- gas pipework and appliance connections where licensed
- pressure testing, flushing, and commissioning assistance
- completing compliance certificates, ITPs, as-built markups, and site documentation
- maintaining secure work practices incl.



SWMS compliance and inductions.

What we're looking for

- Full Australian working rights essential
- Current VBA Licensed Plumber registration with Mechanical Services essential
- Min. 3 years post-licence mechanical services or HVAC plumbing experience essential
- Construction Induction Card (White Card) essential
- Current Victorian driver's licence essential
- Confident with mechanical drawings and safety-focused on site
- EWP tickets highly regarded.
