As an AMS Coordinator, you'll be responsible for ensuring the efficient movement of tools through our repair and service process. Working closely with customers, technicians, and logistics partners, you'll coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, manage inventory accuracy, and help deliver an exceptional service experience. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys balancing operational tasks, logistics coordination, and customer-focused problem solving while contributing to the success of a high-performing service centre.

What You’ll Bring - Experience in logistics, warehouse operations, customer service, or service coordination

- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Comfortable working with inventory systems and Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with shipping, freight coordination, or warehouse processes is advantageous
