- Locum Rates: $80 per hr plus super plus penalty rates
Limelight People are assisting AOD services in their search for a locum Nurse holding clinical experience in this setting.
The role:
- Provide support to individuals AOD services with issues related to substance abuse/dependence. This includes intake and assessment, evidence based interventions.
- Limelight People are seeking a skilled clinician with knowledge of current treatment modalities in the AOD Sector, and experience working in Opioid Replacement Treatment programs.
- This roles involves working collaboratively with an experienced MDT.
Essential Criteria:
- Tertiary qualification in Nursing, holding a current AHPRA registration with no restrictions
- Exemplary clinical skills in the assessment and management of alcohol and drug issues, and knowledge and a commitment to principles of harm minimisation.
- Minimum of 3 years post qualification experience in AOD
- Experience in management of drug withdrawals and opioid replacement management programs
- National Police Check & WWCC
