Primary Objective: Remote Housing Officers deliver direct tenancy management services in accordance with the Residential Tenancies Act and the Housing Act. They provide support, and guidance to public housing clients across the Central Australia remote communities and undertake a community engagement role, with responsibility for building relationships with tenants and local organisations. While undertaking regular remote travel on a, one week travelling and one week in the office rotation, Remote Housing Officer’s work closely with Tenancy Support Service providers, collaborating with local staff, and providing training and support to when required.
