The Prospect

This role would suit an experienced ECEC leader with multi-site experience who can balance people, quality and commercial performance. As Area Manager, you’ll support and develop Centre Managers across a portfolio of 9 North Brisbane and Sunshine Coast services, visiting each service at least once per month and providing weekly reporting on performance, quality and operations.

Requirements

- Relevant ECEC qualification with significant sector leadership experience

- Proven multi-site, regional or senior operations experience

- Strong knowledge of the NQF, National Regulations and Assessment and Rating process

- Strong coaching, mentoring and people leadership skills

- Sound commercial understanding of occupancy, revenue, labour and service performance

- Strong communication, organisation and problem-solving skills

- Confident using data and reporting to drive performance and continuous improvement
