- Full-Time Permanent Role (38 hours/week)
- $37.42/h and 4 weeks paid leave - 17.5% leave loading on holidays
- Monday to Friday - Morning and Afternoon Shifts
- Opportunities for OT on Saturdays (not mandatory)
- Easily accessible from Minto station + parking available onsite
- RDO's available throughout the year or paid out at the end of the year

About the role Reporting to the Production Supervisor, the key focus of our Assemblers is to safely assemble steel wall frames,
roof trusses and joists according to drafting plans. More specifically, you will:
- Build and assemble using power hand tools safely to a high quality and standard
- Read and understand basic drawings and framing plans
- Manual handling, including 2-person lifts and general stacking
- Work collaboratively with a team, ensuring seamless coordination and timely completion of tasks
- Maintain a clean and organised work environment
About you You will share a passion to achieve our goals and be aligned to our core values; Better Together, Be Accountable, People Matter and Think Bigger. In addition, you will demonstrate:
- Excellent work ethic, honest, reliable and punctual
- Experience in the use of hand and power tools - training is provided
- Have a general understanding of assembly work
- Comfortable with high volume, repetitive work
- Available to work Monday to Friday - 38 hours a week
