Drive complex integration, data migration and testing within a major finance transformation program. Your new company This is an exciting opportunity to join a large, high-profile transformation program within the South Australian public sector. The organisation is undertaking a significant finance reform initiative to replace a long-standing financial management system with a contemporary cloud-based solution.
The program will modernise financial processes across multiple business areas and involves complex system integration, data migration, testing and deployment activities.
Your new role As an Integration Analyst, you will play a key role in the design, delivery and testing of system integrations and data migration activities as part of this major transformation program.
Working closely with technical leads, data migration specialists, implementation partners and business stakeholders, your responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating complex integration and data migration activities from legacy systems to the new financial management platform
- Designing, developing and documenting integration and migration solutions
- Developing approaches for managing historic data and system interfaces
- Supporting the transition and parallel operation of legacy and recent financial systems
- Coordinating interface changes, data migration activities and associated technical documentation
- Undertaking data cleansing, analysis, validation and reconciliation
- Investigating and resolving data integrity issues with relevant stakeholders
- Coordinating comprehensive system and integration testing
- Supporting deployment and readiness activities
- Working closely with vendors,
technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure solutions meet functional and technical requirements
What you'll need to succeed To be successful in this role, you will have significant experience across systems integration, data migration and complex ICT environments, ideally within finance or enterprise systems.
You will also bring
- Strong experience in data extraction, conversion, migration, analysis and reporting
- Demonstrated experience designing, testing and deploying system interfaces
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving capability
- Experience with data cleansing, validation and reconciliation
- Strong SQL and/or PL/SQL skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to translate complex technical requirements into clear documentation
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to work across technical and business teams
- Experience working autonomously while managing competing priorities and deadlines
- Experience delivering outcomes within large-scale, complex transformation projects
Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), MuleSoft, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), Oracle Fusion ERP, REST, SOAP or WSDL will be highly regarded. Exposure to Jira and Confluence would also be beneficial. The successful candidate will be required to satisfy relevant pre-employment screening and probity requirements.
