The Role As Service Administration Manager, you will take responsibility for the customer-facing operations of the Service Department and the day-to-day leadership of the Service Advisor team.

This is not a traditional administration role. It is a hands-on Service Department leadership position focused on people, customers, workflow and ensuring the front-of-house operation runs efficiently.

Your responsibilities will include managing and supporting Service Advisors, monitoring customer service standards, assisting with escalated customer concerns, coordinating communication between the front counter and workshop and helping maintain strong departmental processes and performance.

You will work closely with the Service Manager and other dealership departments and will have the opportunity to develop towards broader Service Management responsibilities.

About You





This role would ideally suit an experienced Assistant Service Manager looking for their next step.

You may also be a highly experienced senior Service Advisor with previous supervisory or team leadership responsibilities.

Ideally, you will bring:

- Automotive dealership Service Department experience
- Assistant Service Manager or senior Service Advisor experience
- Experience leading, supervising or mentoring Service Advisors
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Confidence handling customer concerns and escalations
- Good understanding of workshop and Service Department processes
- Strong organisational and people-management ability

A combination of mechanical experience and Service Advisor experience would be particularly highly regarded, providing the technical understanding needed to confidently support customers, Advisors and workshop staff. Considering A Move?
