Jackson Motor Company has an exciting opportunity for an immaculately presented and cheerful customer service superstar to work within our multi-franchise Devonport dealership.

Previous experience in the Automotive sector is vital for this senior role, either as a Service Advisor, Leading Hand or Technician.

Ideally you will a minimum 5 years’ experience in the automotive sector with a proven track record of success in your area of expertise. By nature, you are a driven and empathetic person who seeks to find solutions to create a positive experience for our customers.

About the role:

This role involves a mix of customer service, inter-department liaison and some administration. This is a perfect opportunity for a well-presented performance driven professional with a love of customer service to take on a leadership role. Supervising a high performing team, you will focus on front of house operation, ensuing total customer satisfaction.

About you:

You are committed to owning this role and your space in the dealership. You're a can-do person, bubbly, poised, capable, forward-thinking, highly organised, well-presented and have strong business acumen.

You will also have:

- Full Tasmanian drivers license
- Industry experience is preferred and highly regarded.
