About the job

- Support the Showroom Manager across the day-to-day running of the showroom, with increasing ownership of key operational areas and decision-making.
- Manage key showroom functions including sample tracking, appointments, editorial requests, product placement, gifting and seasonal showings.
- Build and maintain relationships with editors, stylists, celebrities, influencers and other key industry contacts.
- Support the planning and delivery of client projects, events, Australian Fashion Week and off-site showings.
- Take ownership of designated clients, product categories or projects while supporting junior team members and developing your leadership and client management skills.

About you

Essential experience:

- Previous showroom experience is essential, ideally at Executive level, with a proven ability to manage showroom operations and ready to step up into greater ownership.
- Fashion or beauty retail experience is essential, with an understanding of merchandising,



stock management, presentation and high-level customer service.

The ideal candidate:

- Ready to take on more autonomy, with the confidence to help run the showroom and make day-to-day decisions when required.
- Comfortable training, mentoring and providing direction to more junior showroom staff.
- Highly organised and able to prioritise competing requests, deadlines, samples, appointments and projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Confident building relationships with media, stylists, talent, influencers and clients, with strong communication, judgement and attention to detail.
