You've got 2-4 years PAE in litigation and you're past the point of wanting your work checked line by line, but you're not past wanting to learn from someone good. You’re tired of bottlenecks, stuffy senior lawyers and the same matters.

You'll be working on briefs, preparing evidence and drafting advice as well as appearing in courts and NCAT and instructing counsel in larger matters.

You'll run your own matters. You won't be micromanaged. But if you get stuck, there's real support offered to you.



You also have team of junior lawyers and paralegals to assist you with the day to day management of the files.

The role

- Full time, 9-5, CBD office, WFH once you're up to speed
- Litigation experience required: briefs, evidence, directions hearings
- Strata law experience preferred, not essential - training provided for the right lawyer
- Experience in general contract disputes, building and construction law, environmental planning law or bankruptcy are useful but not essential for the role
