Your opportunity

Support a learning environment by monitoring student attendance, producing absence reports for senior leaders, and liaising with parents/carers to verify student absences.

Contribute to the effective and efficient operations of the school by providing a high level of administrative support to the Principal and Business Manager.

Responsibilities

Monitor daily attendance, follow up absences and contact parents/carers.

Prepare daily attendance reports and update records in OneSchool and Excel.

Monitor chronic absenteeism, identify barriers and support early intervention.





Liaise with teachers, families and student support staff to improve attendance.

Maintain accurate and confidential student attendance information.

Refer students experiencing attendance or wellbeing concerns to appropriate support services.

Develop and support strategies to encourage regular school attendance.

Provide general administration support, including student counter duties, timetable changes and first aid.
