Phillips Plumbing Group is a fast-growing Melbourne plumbing company built on hard work, quality workmanship and showing up when it counts. We're looking for a 1st or 2nd year apprentice plumber who brings the same attitude to work every single day.
This isn't a role for someone who watches the clock. It's for someone who takes pride in their trade, wants to learn from experienced tradespeople, and is ready to get their hands dirty across a variety of residential and small commercial projects.
We want someone who actually wants to be here — keen to develop their skills, progress through their trade and build a long-term career in plumbing.
Pre-apprenticeship qualification or prior hands-on experience in the trade will be highly regarded.
What you'll be doing
- Assisting qualified plumbers across residential and small commercial builds
- Rough-in and fit-off work, drainage, hot and cold water installations
- Learning on the job alongside experienced tradespeople who are invested in your development
- Keeping job sites clean, protected and organised
- Liaising with clients and builders in a professional manner
- Taking ownership of your work and holding yourself to a high standard
What we're looking for
- Hard working — you give 100% every day
- Reliable — you show up on time
- Eager to learn — you ask questions, take feedback and want to grow
- Enrolled in or completed a plumbing pre-apprenticeship (preferred)
- 1st or 2nd year apprentice with TAFE enrolment
- Holder of a valid driver's licence (essential)
