Our client is a Sydney CBD law firm looking for a motivated 2-4 PQE Property Lawyer to join the team and independently manage property transactions and commercial leasing on behalf of a wide range of clients. This role is a recent position due to continued growth in the firm.

Duties

- Issue and negotiate retail and commercial leases

- Manage complex commercial conveyancing matters

- Draft a range of legal documents

- Review contracts

- Manage lease assignments

- Negotiate with solicitors from other parties regarding matters

The Candidate

- 2-4 years PQE in property law

- Admitted to practice in NSW

- Commercial Leasing experience

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Unrestricted practicing certificate
