One of Australia's high profile Federal Government departments is looking to engage an experienced Program Manager to be responsible for leading and coordinating the delivery of a large-scale, cross functional program that aims to improve the integrity of a complex federal government workplace. The successful Program Manager will secure a 12 month contract with the view to be extended for a further 12 months and receive a rewarding hourly rate!

The successful Program Manager will be responsible for, but not limited to:

- Communicate the program vision, goals, roadmap, and ensure alignment and buy-in from key stakeholders.
- Work with the program office to manage the program budget, resources, risks, dependencies, and issues, and ensure timely and effective resolution.
- Establish and maintain the program backlog and prioritise and plan the program increments and iterations with project teams.





The successful Program Manager will have experience in the following:

- Demonstrated experience managing large scale, complex and cross functional programs or projects with a focus on utilising agile methodologies.
- Extensive experience in delivering and applying agile methodologies.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of the integrity challenges and opportunities and the ability to translate them into actionable and measurable program goals and outcomes.
