We have built a solid residential customer base across Sydney and are now expanding further into air conditioning.

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Air Conditioning Technician to come on board, help us grow this division, and be part of the team This is a dedicated residential Air-Conditioning role covering service, maintenance, fault-finding, repairs, replacements and installations.

You’ll work directly with homeowners and manage your jobs independently, with support from our scheduling, customer-service and management teams.

Your work will include

- Servicing and repairing residential air-conditioning systems
- Fault-finding on split, multi-split and ducted systems
- Replacing and installing residential A/C systems
- Carrying out preventative maintenance
- Quoting repairs, replacements and upgrades
- Explaining available options clearly to homeowners
- Maintaining accurate job notes, photographs and service records
- Helping develop our A/C procedures and service standards

About you

You’re an experienced A/C Technician who works professionally in customers’ homes and can complete jobs with minimal supervision.





You’ll have

- Certificate III in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration
- Current Refrigerant Handling Licence
- Relevant NSW trade qualifications and licences
- Experience with residential split and ducted systems
- Strong servicing, fault-finding and installation skills
- Confidence quoting work and speaking with homeowners
- Current Australian driver’s licence
- Professional presentation and communication skills
- Reliable work habits and attention to detail
- A positive attitude and willingness to support the team
