About the Role

Due to recent growth, Veale Auto Parts is seeking an experienced and motivated Automotive Parts Interpreters to join our teams, in the Kenwick Store & Bayswater Store.

The role involves the identification, sourcing and supply of accurate automotive parts to ensure outstanding customer service and support is provided.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide exceptional customer service to all trades and retail customers’ in-store and over the phone.
- Handle customer enquiries and inbound calls from mechanical trade customers and process orders efficiently.
- Demonstrate automotive product knowledge and provide customers with product availability and pricing.




- Accurate processing of sales transactions and invoices.
- Complete occasional delivery runs to customers, as required.
- Accurately picking and putting stock away.
- Developing and maintaining robust relationships with customers ensuring their needs are met.

What we are looking for?

- Passionate about cars, learning more about automotive parts and the automotive industry.
- Experience in a similar role dealing with car parts and trade customers.
- Manual driver’s license.
- Delivery driving experience – Desired.
- Demonstrate initiative while maintaining clear communication and promptly seeking assistance when encountering challenges.
- Great attention to detail.
- Be available to work some Saturday mornings.
- Demonstrate reliability, and work confidently with minimal supervision.
