Fulcrum Suspensions Pakenham has an exciting prospect for a motivated Store Manager to step into a key leadership role within one of Australia’s most respected automotive suspension brands. This role is ideal for someone ready to take the next step in their career, an experienced automotive manager looking for a fresh challenge, or a strong automotive/technical leader wanting to move sideways into a growing business with real career progression. You will lead the day-to-day operation of the store, drive sales performance, support workshop flow, deliver a strong customer experience, and develop a high-performing team.

The role is accountable for sales, customer service, store profitability, workshop efficiency, stock control, safety, and professional store presentation.

As a manager of a Fulcrum Suspensions Store, you need to the drive to become a specialist and deliver results for our customers.

Key areas of the role include:

- Leading and developing the team — coaching staff, setting expectations, supporting training, managing rosters, and building a positive store culture.
- Driving sales and customer service — managing retail, trade and fleet enquiries, following up quotes, building local customer relationships, and promoting Fulcrum’s products and services.
- Managing daily store operations — overseeing bookings, job scheduling, front counter workflow, customer records, store presentation, cash handling, and financial controls.
- Supporting workshop coordination — ensuring technicians have the correct job information, parts and instructions, monitoring job progress, and keeping customers updated.
- Stock, inventory and supplier control — maintaining stock levels, managing special orders, supporting stock accuracy, and ensuring parts are received, stored and handled correctly.




- Performance and KPI management — reviewing sales, gross margin, labour recovery, workshop productivity, quote conversion, customer satisfaction and operational targets.
- Safety, compliance and professional standards — leading a safe, organised and professional store and workshop setting.
