BAR STAFF AND DUTY MANAGERS

Join the team at the Ocean Reef Sea Sports Club as part of our bar, duty manager and front of house staff. This is a casual role, based at our location in Ocean Reef, WA 6027, that will see you providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a great experience for all our guests.

What you'll be doing

1. Serving customers at our bar, taking orders and processing payments
2. Assisting with bar operations, including stock management and cash handling
3. Providing friendly and knowledgeable customer service to guests
4. Supporting the duty manager with operational tasks as required
5. Ensuring the venue is well-presented and maintained
6. Contributing to a positive and collaborative team environment

What we're looking for

1. Previous experience in a bar, duty manager or front of house role within the hospitality industry
2. A passion for providing outstanding customer service
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
4. The ability to work well in a team and under pressure
5. A commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation
6. Food handling cert preferred
7. A current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification
8. Must be available nights and weekends

CHEFS WANTED ALL LEVELS

We’re looking for an enthusiastic, energetic and passionate Chefs to join our growing kitchen team and be part of one of the most exciting new hospitality venues in Perth’s Northern Beaches.

With a state-of-the-art kitchen, stunning ocean views and an established member base, this is an opportunity to bring your creativity and skills to a fresh new venue with plenty of room to grow.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Preparing fresh, high-quality food to our kitchen standards
- Creating dishes with great flavour, presentation and attention to detail
- Following recipes, procedures and food safety requirements
- Maintaining consistency across our menu and service
- Assisting with stock receiving,



rotation and storage
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, hygiene and kitchen safety
- Working collaboratively with the kitchen and wider Club team

What We’re Looking For

- Cert III or Cert IV in Commercial Cookery
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in an à la carte kitchen
- A genuine passion for food and creating memorable dishes
- Strong attention to detail and a good eye for presentation
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- A robust work ethic and ability to perform under pressure
- An open mind and willingness to learn and develop
- Functions experience is an advantage, but not essential
- Full availability across weekends, evenings and public holidays
- Full working rights in Australia. Visa sponsorship is not available.
