About the role

Little Home Bakery is looking for an experienced Baker to join our production team in Morley, WA. We are an established wholesale bakery, proudly serving some of Perth's best venues for more than 30 years. We produce a wide range of breads, buns, pastries and specialty products, including gluten-free products.

We believe great baking starts with great people, quality ingredients and pride in the finished product. At the same time, we continue to improve our production processes and invest in modern bakery equipment and technology.

Key responsibilities

- Preparing, mixing, dividing, shaping, proofing and baking a variety of baked goods according to recipes and standards
- Working safely and effectively in a semi-automated production environment and being open to learning and using the latest technology
- Ensuring the bakery workspace and equipment are clean, organised and well maintained
- Adhering to all food safety and hygiene standards
- Working respectfully and professionally with colleagues
- Working closely with the production team to keep daily manufacturing on schedule

About you

- Proven experience as a Baker, preferably in a commercial or artisanal bakery setting
- Strong knowledge of baking techniques,



ingredients and food safety requirements
- Ability to work efficiently and accurately under pressure to meet production deadlines
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- A commitment to learning with humility, working with respect, putting safety first and taking ownership
