Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Bar Supervisor to help lead our talented team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining our high standards of service and beverage quality while contributing to the overall success of our bar. Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the Bar team in overseeing daily operations, ensuring smooth service and adherence to our high standards.
- Collaborate with the team to create innovative cocktail menus that reflect current trends and customer preferences.
- Provide exceptional customer service, building rapport with guests and ensuring their experience exceeds expectations.
- Train and mentor bar staff on cocktail preparation, wine knowledge, and service techniques.
- Manage inventory and ordering of premium spirits, wines, and bar supplies.




- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Contribute to marketing initiatives and events to promote our bar and attract new customers.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a bar management or supervisory role, preferably in an upscale or high-volume setting.
- Strong knowledge of cocktails, wines, and spirits, with a passion for mixology.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- A customer-centric approach, with a commitment to providing outstanding service.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
