We are in search of new team member as a Barista - Supervisor / Allrounder that has the ability to provide high end customer service and run a busy store when Manager is not on duty.

The Role:

Supervisor - Barista / All Rounder,

Your duties will include

- Serving various Specialty Coffee and Hot Drinks
- Delegating when Manager is not on Duty
- Serving customers and using the POS system
- Engaging with your team and customers alike

Skills & Experience:

- People's person with a positive, can-do attitude
- Must be extreamly rapid in making Coffees -
- Ability to think on your feet and work under pressure




- Confident communicator with the ability to engage with customers and Staff
- Latte Art required
- Previous experience as Supervisor / Barista in café or restaurant (2 Years)

What's on Offer: A full time position for a exerienced Supervisor ? Barista Allrounder to work in a fast paced enviorment at the Melbourne Emporium between shopping center hours Monday to Sunday - you must be available for a rotating roster which will include weekends.
