As a BMW Call Support Agent, you’ll play a key role in driving appointment generation across both Sales and Service departments, with a strong focus on Aftersales support for multiple dealerships within the Auto Sports Group network.

Your primary focus will be to deliver an exceptional customer experience by securing high-quality, high-volume appointments for each dealership while maintaining clear and consistent communication with customers and dealership teams.
