With a solid pipeline of Data Centre, Commercial and Infrastructure projects, SME Powered Services is expanding its BIM capability and we're looking for two talented Electrical Modellers to join the team.

What You'll Be Doing

- Developing high-quality 3D Electrical BIM models using Revit
- Modelling electrical systems including:
- Busduct systems
- Cable containment pathways
- In-ground pits and conduits
- Power systems
- Lighting systems
- Coordinating models with structural, mechanical and civil disciplines
- Participating in BIM coordination meetings, design reviews and clash detection workshops
- Producing installation and construction drawings from BIM models
- Ensuring models meet project standards, specifications and industry requirements

For the BIM Lead In addition to technical expertise, you'll play a key role in supporting, mentoring and leading our growing modelling team while helping drive BIM excellence across multiple projects.





What We're Looking For

- Essential: Proven Revit electrical modelling experience
- Strong understanding of BIM workflows and coordination processes
- Previous experience on Data Centre, Commercial or Industrial projects
- LOD500, ACC and BIM360 experience preferred
- A proactive mindset and robust attention to detail
- Office presence required due to the fast-paced nature in how we operate
- Ability to collaborate with project teams and deliver outcomes in a fast-paced workplace
