Permanent ongoing and parental leave cover opportunities are available.
Your Role in the Adventure:
EMBRACE – Build authentic relationships with boarding students, creating a safe and nurturing home away from home.
CREATE – Foster a vibrant, inclusive boarding community through engaging social, cultural, and recreational activities.
SOAR – Support each student’s wellbeing, academic growth, and personal development.
BLAZE – Lead with initiative, positivity, and courage, modelling consistency and compassion in all interactions.
IMPACT – Make a meaningful difference in the lives of young women by helping them develop confidence, resilience, and independence.
What You Bring:
- Experience working with young people and providing pastoral care
- Ability to build trust and foster positive relationships
- Current Working with Children Check and National Police Clearance (or willingness to obtain)
- Current First Aid & CPR Certificates (or willingness to obtain)
- Solid communication and teamwork skills
- Computer literacy (systems & database experience highly regarded)
