About the opportunity

We are seeking experienced Boilermaker for a Shutdown at Dampier Salt, Port Hedland WA.

- Mobilisation/Demobilisation: 7th October to 4th November 2026
- Onboarding Deadline: All requirements must be completed by 28th September
- Work Scope: Twin Boom Tower Replacement
- Pay Rate: $84–$85per hour + paid training

About you

You're a safety-minded, team-focused tradesperson who takes pride in quality workmanship and contributing to a strong site culture.

You'll bring

- Perth Residency — Must reside in Perth, WA.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Boilermaker
- Full Australian work rights – passport, birth certificate, citizenship certificate, or valid work visa

Hold the following Nationally Accredited Qualifications:
- Trade Certificate
- Valid Drivers Licence
- Working at Heights (completed within the last 3 years)
- High Risk Work Licence – Elevated Work Platform & Forklift (completed within the last 5 years)
- Telehandler Qualification (completed within the last 5 years)
- Rio Tinto Inductions (desirable)
- Ability to pass a pre-employment medical assessment, including drug and alcohol screening
- Genuine commitment to safety – you follow procedures,



wear your PPE properly, and speak up when something doesn't look right
- Team player who backs up your crew, communicates well, and helps maintain a positive site culture
