South Australian Wine Bottlers (SAWB) is a family-owned wine bottling and packaging facility that provides contract bottling to many of Australia’s leading wineries and wine brands.

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Bookkeeper to join our friendly team on a part time basis.

Working closely with the management team, you will play an important role in supporting the day-to-day financial operations of the business.

This is a varied role and there may be an opportunity for the successful applicant to expand their responsibilities and become involved in other areas of the business over time.

We are looking for someone who would ideally like to work 3–5 days per week, with flexibility for the right person.

About You To be successful in this role, you will have previous bookkeeping experience and a proven track record in a similar position.

You will be someone who is organised, reliable and detail-focused, with the ability to manage competing priorities and work to deadlines. A friendly and positive personality is important, as you will be working closely with our team, customers and suppliers.

You will enjoy variety, be comfortable working in a busy environment and have the flexibility to respond to changing priorities and timelines when required.

Key Skills & Experience

- Minimum 2 years' experience using MYOB
- Previous bookkeeping experience
- Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
- Bank account reconciliations
- Payroll processing, and HR administration
- BAS, IAS and PAYG reporting
- Debtor follow-up
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Good typing and data entry skills
- Proficient in Outlook, Word and Excel
- Strong time management and organisational skills
- Ability to work autonomously and use initiative
- Resourceful, adaptable and willing to learn
- Professional, friendly and confident manner
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Comfortable working in a busy environment with changing priorities
- Permanent Australian residency
