Boutique Manager – Emporio Armani, Doncaster

Full-time, Permanent 38 hours per week The Armani Group is a leading luxury fashion house established in 1975 by founder Giorgio Armani. We're currently looking for an experienced Boutique Manager to join our team at Emporio Armani Doncaster. This is a full-time, permanent position at 38 hours per week.

About the Role:

As Boutique Manager, you'll take full ownership of your boutique's performance, leading a high-performing team and creating an environment where every customer interaction counts. You'll set the pace on the floor, drive commercial results, and develop the next generation of talent from within.

- Lead daily morning briefs and day-to-day floor operations, keeping the team engaged, informed and motivated
- Support your team's growth through one-on-ones, development plans and hands-on coaching in clienteling, after-care and CRM
- Own the boutique's administrative operations, including WHS, rostering and time and attendance
- Build a positive, supportive culture that brings out the best in your team




- Analyse business data to set transparent sales goals and shape strategies that get results
- Grow the client base by generating new business and reactivating existing clientele
- Stay ahead of market trends to spot new opportunities for the boutique
- Lead by example on the floor, from VIP relationships to client events, showing your team what great looks like

About Your Skills:

- Minimum 2 years' experience as a retail manager, preferably within fashion retail
- Strong business mindset with sharp problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Excellent time management
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office and SAP, with experience using POS systems
