About our Fortitude Valley Showroom In Fortitude Valley, we create elevated bridal experiences designed to make every bride feel celebrated, confident and effortlessly supported throughout her journey. It’s more than an appointment; it’s the moment she discovers her dream gown. Within our premium flagship location, brides explore a considered collection of styles for every vision and every love story, guided by our passionate bridal stylists.

About the Role

As a Bridal Stylist, you’ll guide brides through their appointment, helping them discover the gowns that make them feel their best. You’ll build genuine connections, provide thoughtful styling advice and create a memorable experience from the moment she walks through the door. You’ll also play an important role in achieving individual and showroom sales targets while contributing to a positive and supportive team environment.

Who We’re Looking For

- Previous experience in luxury or premium retail, bridal, hospitality, hotels,



aviation or high-end customer service.

- Proven consultative sales experience with a robust track record of working towards and achieving sales targets.

- Naturally polished, warm and confident communication style.

- Exceptional ability to build trust, read a client and adapt your approach to create a highly personalised experience.

- Strong commercial awareness and confidence guiding clients through a considered purchasing decision.

- Genuine passion for styling, fashion and creating memorable customer experiences.

- Exceptional attention to detail, organisation and follow-through.

- Calm, composed and confident working in a fast-paced, premium environment.

- Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of the bridal experience.

- Available and willing to work weekends.
