Role: Business Analyst (Investment / Superannuation)

Key Responsibilities

- Perform technical business analysis within Agile delivery environments, bringing 8+ years of relevant experience.
- Elicit, analyse, and document business and technical requirements related to data management, data mapping, data consumption, and data lineage across multiple systems.
- Define, validate, and document endtoend data flows between source and target systems in collaboration with technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
- Translate complex business and system requirements into clear, structured documentation suitable for both technical and business audiences.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure data requirements are clearly understood, accurately captured, and aligned with overall data platform objectives.
- Support data quality, reconciliation, and validation activities to maintain data integrity across projects.
- Apply robust understanding of data governance, privacy, and compliance requirements.
- Work closely with crossfunctional squads to support endtoend project build and delivery.
- Actively work with data to discover, identify, curate,



and model datasets to deliver highquality business outcomes.
- Bring prior experience in Superannuation, Pensions, Insurance, or Investments (preferred).

Essential Technical Experience

- Proven experience working in large, complex enterprise data environments.
- Strong expertise in requirements gathering, gap analysis, and business consulting.
- Demonstrated experience in data mapping, data modelling, and data migration initiatives.
- Strong SQL and data mining skills.
- Handson experience breaking business requirements into Jira Epics and User Stories.
- Good working knowledge of Confluence for requirements documentation and workflow definition.
- Proven analytical experience working with cloud platforms and databases.
- Strong facilitation and requirements management skills within Agile delivery models.

Desired Technical Experience

- Python coding experience.
