Our large-scale mining client is in search of a Technical Business Analyst to support the implementation of paperless maintenance applications.
Your New Role
As a Technical Business Analyst, you will play a key role in the delivery of a large-scale application implementation within an Agile environment. Working closely with business stakeholders, product teams, and technical delivery teams, you will gather requirements, facilitate workshops, and ensure business needs are translated into high-quality solutions.
You will be embedded within Agile delivery teams, participating in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, and other Agile ceremonies while supporting the successful implementation of business-critical systems.
What You'll Need to Succeed To be successful in this role, you will bring:
- Robust experience as a Technical Business Analyst within Agile delivery environments.
- Demonstrated experience supporting product, application, or end-to-end SDLC system implementations.
- Proven ability to elicit, document, and manage business and technical requirements.
- Experience participating in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, retrospectives, and stakeholder showcases.
- Previous experience working within mining, resources, or heavy industrial environments.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills across both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience with maintenance, asset management, or operational technology systems will be highly regarded.
- Previous mining experience is essential.
