Our client is a global leader in AI-powered safety and computer vision technology for the transport and mobility sector. They're the established local leader in driver monitoring for commercial fleets, with their technology already deployed across more than 1,100 transport and logistics organisations worldwide and a strong home-market presence in Australia.
With the 2026 Heavy Vehicle National Law reforms now shifting the industry from reactive compliance to proactive safety management, they're expanding their commercial team in the Aftermarket division to capitalise on this momentum.
The Role

- Building and managing a pipeline of qualified prospects through outbound activity and inbound leads
- Delivering product demonstrations and presentations to safety officers, fleet managers, and economic buyers
- Positioning the business's technology within the context of Chain of Responsibility (CoR) law, NHVR fatigue management standards, and the incoming Heavy Vehicle Accreditation framework
- Negotiating commercial terms and managing the sales process through to close
- Building long-term relationships with clients, partners, and industry stakeholders across the transport sector
- Representing the business at industry events, transport and logistics conferences, and client meetings
- Working closely with the Guardian Centre operations team, marketing, and customer success to ensure a smooth handover post-sale.
Alongside sector experience, you'll bring:
- A proven track record in a B2B sales or business development role, ideally selling technology or SaaS solutions
- Comfort engaging with both commercial and technical/safety stakeholders
- Strong pipeline management and forecasting discipline
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Willingness to travel within your territory as required
- An understanding of, or willingness to quickly learn, Australian transport safety regulation (CoR, NHVR, HVNL)
What's On Offer
- Competitive base salary plus uncapped commission structure
- Full benefits package
- The opportunity to join the established local leader in a category with strong regulatory tailwinds
- Genuine autonomy and ownership of your territory
