VAE's Darwin branch is forecasted to grow, and we're looking for a sales and commercially driven Business Development Manager to bring in new work, increasing local opportunity and employment.

We’re looking for someone who can understand a customer’s operation, identify where VAE can add value and turn that conversation into a long-term commercial relationship.

About you

You may have run your own HVAC or similar business, or you may have been doing a similar role without the title.

- Success in business development, sales or account growth
- A background in HVAC, refrigeration, mechanical services,



building services or a closely related technical industry
- A track record of identifying opportunities and converting them into profitable work
- Strong customer relationships and the ability to build credibility with technical and commercial stakeholders
- Experience developing new accounts as well as growing existing customer relationships
- A knowledge of the HVAC market in Darwin/NT and established local industry relationships will be highly regarded
