Mobilize are seeking several Camp Maintenance Supervisor to lead a small team (of carpenters, plumbers & TA's) and manage a room rejuvenation project at multiple remote camps. This is a FIFO role with a strong focus on trades and hands-on maintenance leadership.
Details:
- Rate: $82.50/hr
- Roster: 8 days on / 6 days off
- Requirements: S26 qualification (must have), trades background preferred
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate all maintenance activities surrounding the room fit outs, including, plumbing, carpentry and general facilities upkeep.
- Lead and mentor a small maintenance team, ensuring safety and quality standards are maintained.
- Schedule and monitor maintenance work, ensuring minimal disruption to camp operations.
- Liaise with site management and contractors to maintain productive operations.
Ideal Candidate:
- Trades-qualified with hands-on experience in camp or facilities maintenance.
- Holds a current S26 qualification.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- FIFO experience highly desirable.
