About the Role

Cafe managers are the captains on our battlefield. You will lead from the front by working day-to-day alongside your baristas, solving a million problems on the ground, and motivating your team towards victory. If you are obsessive about coffee and people, this role is for you.

Role available for Newtown & Haymarket.

Key Responsibilities

- Team & Culture

Lead, hire, and develop a strong, reliable team while maintaining a high-energy and accountable culture

- Daily Operations

Run smooth day-to-day operations, including shift execution, rostering, and labour control

- Product & Quality

Maintain high standards across coffee, food, service,



and cleanliness while ensuring consistency and reducing waste

- Inventory & Admin

Manage stock, ordering, stocktakes, supplier coordination, and POS updates

- Customer Experience & Execution

Create a welcoming environment, handle customer feedback, and execute new menus, initiatives, and team training

What We’re Looking For

- 1–2 years experience in café or hospitality management

- Strong barista skills and operational understanding

- Confident, honest and direct leadership

- Strong sense of ownership and accountability

- Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment

- Fluent English communication
- A genuine love for O3’s vision and what we are trying to build
