Role Description This full-time Carpenter role is an on-site position based in Sydney, NSW. The Carpenter will perform day-to-day tasks including framing, installing structural elements, and carrying out finish carpentry such as doors, skirting, and cabinetry.

Responsibilities include reading and interpreting plans, measuring and cutting materials, safely operating hand tools and power tools, and assisting with heritage and remedial works as required. The role involves collaborating with site supervisors and other trades, maintaining a clean and protected work environment, and ensuring work meets quality and compliance standards. The Carpenter may also support fitout work for residential and commercial projects and contribute to project timelines by working efficiently and reliably.

Qualifications

- Strong Carpentry skills with experience across renovations, new builds,



and fitouts
- Proficiency using Hand Tools and Power Tools safely and effectively
- Experience with Framing and structural installations to plan specifications
- Capability in Finish Carpentry, including detailed and high-quality internal and external finishes
- Relevant trade qualification or apprenticeship in Carpentry
- Sound knowledge of construction safety practices and ability to follow site procedures
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and measurements accurately
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work collaboratively with a diverse site team
- White Card and valid driver’s license are highly beneficial
