This is an opportunity to take ownership of a retail centre, working closely with stakeholders, retailers, contractors and owners to optimise centre performance and presentation.

Your new role

As Centre Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management and performance of a retail centre, ensuring it is well maintained, financially successful and provides an excellent experience for retailers, customers and stakeholders. You will lead operational activities, oversee contractors, manage budgets and forecasts, drive risk and compliance initiatives, and build strong relationships with tenants, local authorities and the broader community.

Key responsibilities include

- Managing centre operations, maintenance programs and contractor performance.
- Delivering operational and capital expenditure projects to enhance centre presentation.
- Preparing and implementing strategic asset plans and operating budgets.
- Monitoring financial performance, forecasting and debtor management.
- Ensuring compliance with health, safety and risk management requirements.
- Building positive relationships with tenants, stakeholders, owners and service providers.
- Supporting leasing strategies and maintaining accurate lease and retailer records.




- Assisting with marketing plans and retailer engagement initiatives.
- Leading, mentoring and developing in office teams to achieve business objectives.

What you'll need to succeed To be successful in this role, you will bring:
- Previous experience in retail property, shopping centre or commercial property management.
- Strong financial management, budgeting and forecasting skills.
- Experience managing contractors, service agreements and capital works projects.
- Sound understanding of risk, compliance, workplace health and safety requirements.
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement and relationship management abilities.
- Strong leadership skills with experience developing and managing teams.
- Excellent communication, organisational and problem-solving skills.
- Current driver's licence and willingness to travel between sites as required.
