We’re looking for Change and Training people who are brilliant with people.

People who can walk into a business, build relationships quickly, understand how people work and turn new technology into something people actually understand, embrace and use.

Sense is working exclusively with a large Australian organisation making a significant investment in its enterprise AI capability, and we’re helping them build the team to take it forward. There’s a lot happening, plenty still to be shaped and a genuine appetite to get moving.

This isn’t just about rolling out another system. AI has the potential to change how people access information, make decisions, automate work and approach everyday tasks. Getting the technology right is one part of it. Helping the organisation understand it, trust it and use it well is just as important.

We’re looking for people who will get right into the business. You’ll spend time understanding how teams work today, how recent AI capability could impact people, processes and roles, where it could genuinely make things better and what might get in the way of adoption.

You’ll work alongside Project Managers, BAs, architects, AI engineers, data specialists, security and governance teams, translating what’s being built into something meaningful for the people who will use it.

For some roles, the focus will be broader organisational change, stakeholder engagement and adoption. For others, it will lean more heavily into learning, training and capability uplift. Across both, we need people who can take something new and sometimes technically complex and make it practical, relevant and easy to understand.

There’s also an important piece around helping people understand how to use AI safely and responsibly,



particularly when working with enterprise data and sensitive information. You could be building change champion networks, developing adoption and learning approaches, gathering feedback and measuring whether new capabilities are actually being used and delivering the intended outcomes.

And you’ll need to be comfortable with ambiguity. AI is moving quickly and not everything will be perfectly mapped out. You’ll need to listen, learn, adapt and help shape the approach as the capability develops.

Who are we looking for? You might come from Change Management, OCM, Learning & Development, Training, Adoption or a combination of these.

You’ll have worked across sizeable technology, digital or transformation initiatives and know how to engage very different audiences. You can sit with senior leaders and talk about what change means for the organisation, work with technical teams to understand what’s coming, then engage directly with the business to turn that into practical change, learning and adoption.

We’re particularly interested in people who understand technology adoption, not just process change. You may have worked across data and analytics, automation, cloud, M365 or Copilot, digital workplace, cybersecurity or major enterprise platforms.

You build relationships easily, communicate brilliantly and genuinely enjoy bringing people with you.
