About the Role





At Four Seasons Hotel Sydney, we believe exceptional guest experiences begin with genuine hospitality and attention to detail. As a Chef de Partie within either In-Room Dining or Breakfast Service, you will play an integral role in delivering high-quality culinary experiences that reflect the standards and excellence of Four Seasons.

Working alongside a talented culinary team, you will take ownership of your section, ensuring every dish is prepared with precision, consistency, and care. Whether supporting our dynamic breakfast operation or delivering exceptional in-room dining experiences, you will help create memorable moments for our guests through outstanding cuisine and service.

What You Will Do

- Prepare and present high-quality menu items in accordance with Four Seasons standards and recipes.

- Take ownership of your designated kitchen section, ensuring smooth and efficient service.

- Maintain exceptional food quality, consistency, and presentation standards at all times.

- Support the training, coaching, and development of Commis Chefs and junior culinary team members.

- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and workplace health and safety requirements.

- Assist with stock control, ordering, inventory management, and minimising food waste.

- Collaborate closely with culinary and service teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences.





- Ensure guest preferences and dietary requirements are met with care and attention to detail.

- Contribute ideas and creativity to menu enhancements and continuous improvement initiatives.

What You Will Bring

- A genuine passion for culinary excellence and creating memorable guest experiences.

- Previous experience as a Chef de Partie, or strong experience as a Demi Chef ready to take the next step, within a quality restaurant, luxury hotel, or premium hospitality setting.

- Experience in either breakfast service, all-day dining, hotel dining, or In-Room Dining operations is highly regarded.

- Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, kitchen operations, and food safety standards.

- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.

- A positive attitude and ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.

- Strong communication and teamwork skills.

- Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays.

- Relevant culinary qualifications and Food Safety knowledge.
