Positions Available & Key Responsibilities

1. Second-in-Charge (2IC) / Assistant Director

· Leadership Support: Partner directly with the Centre Director to manage day-to-day administrative operations, family orientations, and complete regulatory compliance.

· Team Mentorship: Actively guide, support, and inspire our growing educator team, stepping up seamlessly as the Director in their absence.

· Community Relations: Build deep, authentic partnerships with our parents, local churches, and the broader local community.

2. Educational Leader

· Curriculum Innovation: Spearhead, review, and elevate the centre's educational program, ensuring flawless integration of the EYLF and National Quality Standards (NQS).

· Educator Mentoring: Conduct regular planning sessions to mentor, guide, and upskill room leaders on critical documentation, child observations, and reflective teaching practices.

· Value Integration: Help educators naturally embed faith-based values and creative, child-led learning cycles into their curriculum designs.

3. Early Childhood Teacher (ECT)

· School Readiness:



Design and implement exceptional, comprehensive preschool programs that perfectly prepare children socially, emotionally, and academically for school.

· Pedagogical Practice: Deliver top-tier pedagogical practices that exceed compliance guidelines while actively fostering an inclusive, welcoming room environment.

4. Diploma & Certificate 3 Educators

· Nurturing Engagement: Provide highly interactive, creative, and safe spaces where children feel valued and secure.

· Documentation Collaboration: Partner directly with Room Leaders to document individual child milestones and contribute to beautiful classroom displays.

Requirements & Qualifications

· Qualifications: An ACECQA-approved qualification matching your desired role (ECT Degree, Diploma in Early Childhood, or Certificate III).

· Leadership Credentials: Prior operational or educational leadership experience in an ELC setting is required for the 2IC and Educational Leader roles.

· Compliance: A valid Working With Children Check (WWCC), current First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis management certifications.

· Mission Alignment: A genuine, warm heart for children and a strong willingness to actively uphold and champion the Christian values, mission, and ethos of our centre.
