The Role

We are seeking Supervisor for various project across Victoria and NSW

Key responsibilities

· Program and coordinate site activities to ensure safe and efficient project delivery

· Management of site personnel, subcontractors and suppliers

· Develop and maintain solid working relationships with subcontractors and stakeholders

· Monitor daily targets and required production rates for site activities

· Manage project resources and maintain accurate daily site records and reporting

· Ensure works are completed in accordance with approved quality plans, ITPs, specifications and project requirements

· Champion compliance with ACE's HSE requirements to promote a strong safety culture To be considered for this role you will need to have the following:

- Excellent interpersonal and management skills




- Working within a structured project team
- Supervisor/Leading hand experience
- An absolute focus on safe working methods
- Good communication skills (verbal and written)
- Strong time management skills
- Holds a White card
- Demonstrated knowledge of civil construction, civil infrastructure and building with current technologies with focus on

­ - Utility works – water, sewer, stormwater, electrical underground installations and trench works
- Earthworks & earthmoving equipment (preference to have few tickets)

­ - Pavement construction ­ - Concrete works – formworks, reinforcement, concrete install, concrete repair
