QIP is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Client Relationship Officer. This is an exciting prospect to work for and learn about Australia's most comprehensive health and community services accreditation business and to assist in delivering day-to-day client service processes.

About the role The primary purpose of this position is to support the delivery of accreditation programs through the provision of high-quality client support and administrative services, including delivering accurate advice, coordinating accreditation activities, and maintaining positive client relationships.

Reporting to the National Manager, you will:

- Provide accurate, timely advice on accreditation programs, standards and processes.
- Build and maintain positive client relationships, delivering a high-quality client experience.
- Coordinate accreditation administration, documentation and reporting to required standards and timeframes.
- Respond to client enquiries professionally, meeting service standards with a solution-focused approach.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance client experience, service quality and operational efficiency.





This is a fast-paced role requiring strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks.

About you

Essential

- Minimum of 2 years of administration and customer service
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills with a confidence to engage with clients and provide timely, solution-focused support.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- High attention to detail, with the ability to produce accurate correspondence.
- At least intermediate level of Microsoft Office skills e.g. Outlook and Word

Desirable:
- Experience or knowledge of the health and/or community services sector, including accreditation, quality assurance or related programs.
